About Me

"A human cartoon."

"An animated personality.”

"That guy who carries on full conversations with himself in different voices when he thinks no one is watching."

All of these statements and more have been used to describe me. Hello, my name is Will Handford, and I am a voice actor. Art and Performance have always been my passions. Whether it’s on-stage musical theater, sketch and improvisational comedy, or even just entertaining friends with silly NPC voices in a rousing session of Dungeons & Dragons; I feel most at home when I’m playing a role (or “role-playing” if you will). And ultimately, that’s what I do best. I play.

Voiceover is more than just a job, skill, and/or craft to me. It’s genuine fun. As such, you can always count on me to throw 110% of myself into a project. And if you’re reading this and are in need of a voiceover artist, that especially includes your project.

So please, make yourself comfortable, listen to my work, hear what others have to say about me, and maybe we can work together to make your vision a reality.

Additional facts

  • I’ve been engineering my own audio for as long as I’ve been doing voiceover. I don't claim to be an expert at it per se, but I can guarantee clean, crisp recordings.
  • Among other hobbies like playing video games and learning drums, I also practice archery and HEMA fencing. Leading me to conclude that I would be pretty decent in a fight 700 years ago.
  • I have been happily married for 8+ years. How my wife has lasted this long with a guy who frequently speaks in voices that aren't his own is beyond me.
  • I designed and animated the character that you see above. In addition to being a voice actor, I also have a BFA in Animation.
  • My wife and I have both a dog and a cat. Our dog's name is Kirby, and he loves everyone. Our cat’s name is Mochi, and she yells at us until someone turns the sink on.
  • I'm a Leo…this is meaningless information but I couldn't think of a more compelling last thing.
